By visiting www.trendycopenhagen.eu , or any of our related website domains, you are engaging with our ‘service’ and agree to be bound by our terms and conditions. These terms and conditions apply to anyone who accesses the website, including browsers, customers and merchants. By accessing or using any part of a Trendy Copenhagen website, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

The terms and conditions are subject to change at any time in line with policy changes, so we advise that you regularly check this section of the website to keep up to date with any changes that we make.

Section 1.2

You agree to the terms and conditions of service for trendycopenhagen.com by continuing to access our website. By agreeing to the terms and conditions, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your country of residence. If you are under the age of 18, you must have the permission of a parent or guardian to access our website. Our website uses cookies which collects your personal information. Please consult our privacy policy to see how your personal information is used.

You may not use any of our products for any illegal or unauthorised purposes or violate any laws in your jurisdiction, including but not limited to copyright laws. A violation of any of our terms and conditions will result in an immediate termination of your order.

Section 2

We reserve the right to refuse service and product to anyone for any reason at any time, including cancelling your order if we believe it to be fraudulent. 

Section 3

We reserve the right to change the price of our products at any time, without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of a product on our website. 

Section 4

Certain products may be available exclusively online through our website. As a result, these products may have limited availability and are subject to the return policy of our website, which differs for fashion jewellery and fine jewellery. We have worked to accurately display our products in the product description and the images of our products. Please note that your computer monitor’s display of colour may be different from the actual product. 

Section 4.1

We reserve the right to limit the quantity of any products, including limiting the amount that can be purchased to one unit per transaction. Furthermore, we reserve the right to limit the sale of a particular item to a geographic region or jurisdiction. The price and descriptions of our products are subject to change at any time, at our discretion, without notice. We reserve the right to discontinue the sale of any product at any time.  

Section 5

The full payment must be received for your order at the time of purchase, and your order will not be dispatched to you until your payment has cleared. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been confirmed and dispatched. 

Section 5.1

At Trendy Copenhagen, we accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as Mobilpay and Paypal. The cost of delivery will be displayed at checkout, and we reserve the right to cancel any ‘free shipping’ promotions at our discretion. 

Section 5.2 

Trendy Copenhagen offers free delivery for orders over 300 DKK. The cost of delivery for orders that are valued under 200 DKK will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Section 6

We reserve the right to cancel your order at our discretion. An order may be cancelled if we have insufficient stock of the product you have ordered, are unable to deliver to your region, or if the item you have ordered was mistakenly listed at an incorrect price due to a human error, or as the result of incorrect information provided to us. If your order is cancelled or modified, we will contact you by email, or the preferred contact method that you provided at checkout. As a result, you agree to provide accurate and correct contact information at the time of checkout, including your email address. 

Section 6.1

We aim for your order to be delivered to you as soon as possible, and the delivery time at checkout is an estimation of when you should receive your item. Trendy Copenhagen is not responsible for delays in delivery that result from issues beyond our control with delivery services after your order has left our warehouse. If you have not received your item within fourteen days of dispatch, please get in touch with us directly. 

Section 6.2

Customer is protected under Danish Sales of Goods Act. you always have a two-year legal warranty. The legal warranty means that you have the right to make a complaint to the seller about a fault on your product. The legal warranty does not in itself mean that the seller of the product has a bond to rectify the fault. This will be the case only where the fault – the lack of conformity – was present, or the cause of the fault was present when the product was delivered. Section 6.3

As Trendy Copenhagen operates with next day delivery, an order can only be cancelled by the customer within the first 4 hours after their purchase has been placed. The payment will be withdrawn from your account once we have shipped your items.

Section 6.4

Your order may be returned within 14 days (Cooling off Period) of purchase for a refund or replacement, at the discretion of Trendy Copenhagen. Your products must be unworn and in its original and undamaged packaging at the time of your return. 

Section 6.5

This section of the terms and conditions of service for Trendy Copenhagen covers the guarantees and warranties for our products:

All 925 sterling silver products are subject to quality control before dispatch. Trendy Copenhagen products are covered by a warranty which covers any manufacturing defects. The related warranty period begins from the date of delivery of your order.

• Products which are marketed as ‘fashion’ jewellery are subject to a one month warranty for manufacturing defects.
• Products with Rhodium plating jewellery are subject to a one-year warranty for manufacturing defects. Please note that this warranty will be void if your product comes in contact with perfume or liquid. 

We recommend storing all Trendy Copenhagen jewellery in a dry and dark place, and you should remove your rings when washing your hands. Jewellery should not come into contact with liquids, cream, sprays or perfumes.

Section 7

By ordering from our website, you provide us with ‘Personal Information’, which is a combination of your ‘Order Information’ and ‘Device Information’. This information is covered by our privacy policy.

Section 8

There may be occasions where human errors occur on the website, such as typographical errors, which result in inaccuracies or omissions with regards to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, delivery time, availability and delivery cost. We reserve the right to correct these errors, inaccuracies or omissions by changing and updating this information on our website or cancelling an order if there was typographical error during your checkout process. We recommend that your regularly check the information on our website.

Section 8.1

Save as precluded by law, we will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expenses (including loss of profits, business or goodwill) howsoever arising out of any problem that you have concerning a product purchased from our website. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than to refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question if there is a manufacturer error.

The terms and conditions of service should be read alongside our privacy policy, to constitute the entire agreement between Trendy Copenhagen and yourself as the consumer with regards to the supplying of goods from our online websites.
